Situated in the resort of Caleta De Fuste, the apartment is at the far end of the Las Arenas De Castillo complex away from the road and other passing residents.
Set on two floors with two bedrooms, the apartment can easily accommodate four adults in comfort, cots and sofa beds can be arranged with a little notice.
The main floor comprises the living / dining area, and also the kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath, master bedroom with double bed and a separate wc and bidet. Whilst downstairs leads to another double bedroom this time with twin beds and an en-suite wc, basin and bidet.
To the rear of the apartment there is allocated covered parking. To the front your own private balcony overlooking but not on top of communal pool, patio and sunbeds.
The living area boasts TV, video, CD hi-fi , and now DVD with a selection of films for young and old. There is also a double sofa bed.
The kitchen a washing machine, a full size fridge freezer , oven with ceramic hob, kettle and toaster and is equipped for six. Whilst the master bedroom houses a digital safe (PYO code) for your valuables, and an iron with board. There is also a portable stairgate stored in the downstairs wardrobe. And smoke detectors both upstairs and down with a fire extinguisher adjacent the kitchen.
The apartment is beautifully maintained by a local english couple. The complex, unlike many, is very well run and maintained by an English president and team and security gates are to added imminently to prevent unauthorised access.

Caleta de Fuste also known as Costa Caleta is located on the east coast of Fuerteventura and is a purpose built resort.
Caleta de Fuste is a very popular tourist resort with a wide variety of nationalitites. It has some hotels and plenty of private holiday rental accommodation, whether it be a Villa, Apartment, Bungalow or any other type of dwelling your sure to find it here. There are some great shops, cafes, restaurants and bars in the area especially around the El Castillo (the Castle) part near the main harbour. The beaches are beautiful golden sand - imported from the Sahara desert in North Africa.
Caleta de Fuste is also home to a championship golf course which hosted the 2004 Spanish Open. A second golf course finished in 2007 has also been built to the south of the first course. Other recreational activities include Scuba diving, Wind Surfing, Sailing and other water sports. There is a fair held once a week where some great bargain can be had on leather goods.
Transport in Caleta de Fuste comes in the form of a taxi or a bus. As taxis can not be booked in advance, make sure you give yourself plenty of time if needing one for the airport on either Mondays or Wednesdays, they usually arrive within 10 minutes of calling one but may take longer on these days.
