More than 6 weeks notice - Loss of deposit
4 - 6 weeks notice - 25% of balance will be charged.
2 - 4 weeks notice - 50% of balance will be charged
1 - 2 weeks notice - 75 % of balance will be charged
Less than 1 weeks notice - 100% of balance will be charged.
No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

Villa Lugano is located approximately 38km from Fuerteventura airport in the town of Corralejo.
Corralejo town centre is approximately 15 walking minutes distance away and the huge sand dunes of "Grandes Playas Dunas de Corralejo" are only 1.5km away.
The villa is in a very confortable location and perfect for a restful holiday in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere with great sea views and views of the Islands of Lobos and Lanzarote.
The villa consists of 3 comfortable bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin), 2 fully fitted bathrooms, a huge living room, dining area with table and chairs and fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and all appliances.
Outside there is a private fresh water pool (5,80 m x 2,90 m; depth 1,50 m) with a fully furnished terrace around the pool - sunbeds, parasols, tables and chairs etc - the pool may optionally be heated in winter.
There is plenty of space around the villa with parking possible outside, this is a fully detached villa with an alarm system installed and and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Guests of our Villas will be given a badge by our guide, valid to access the premises of the Suite-Hotel Atlantis Fuerteventura Resort, only 300 Meter from our Villas.
A welcome pack is available if you would like to avoid a supermarket trip when you first arrive where we can fill up the fridge for you. Simply book this at the time of booking the villa.

About: Corralejo
Corralejo is roughly 2 miles (3.2km) sqaure and based around the old harbour where local fishermen can be seen fishing from the harbour wall.
Pleasure cruises and a ferry service run from the marina at Corralejo to the small island of Lobos and to Playa Blanca in the south of the island of Lanzarote.
Corralejo is as popular with the Spanish as it is with the British and the harbour area is a hive of activity. The promenade is lined with some great shops, restaurants and cafes while the rest of the town is crammed with craft stalls and specialist shops.
Corralejo has mile upon mile of beautiful sandy beach and hugh sand dunes and on most days the small island of Lobos and the island of Lanzarote can be seen from the beaches of Corralejo. Fuerteventura is pretty relaxed on naturism and a popular beach with naturists is the beach at Playa de Pozo. Nauturist usually stay away from the main resorts so not to offend others.
It takes approximately 40 minutes from Fuerteventura airport to Corralejo. The number 3 bus runs from the airport into the capital Puerto del Rosario, where a change to the number 6 bus will take you on to Corralejo.
Corralejo is is ideally located for popular wind/water sports activities - Surfing, Windsurfing and Kite Boarding and also has a water park nearby called Baku. Other activities include hiking, mountain biking, trike tours, Buggy Tours and excursions as well as quad bike tours.
