Cancellation Policy
Should you have to cancel your booking the following charges apply:
More than 6 weeks notice - Loss of deposit
4 - 6 weeks notice - 25% of balance will be charged.
2 - 4 weeks notice - 50% of balance will be charged
1 - 2 weeks notice - 75 % of balance will be charged
Less than 1 weeks notice - 100% of balance will be charged.
No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

About the property:
Villas Lara are a beautiful set of beach front villas on the coast of Corralejo.
You will find it hard to find better views anywhere in Corralejo than from these villas... Open your bedroom curtains on a morning or take your afternoon tea on the bedroom balcony to the breath-taking views of the sea and the islands of Lobos and Lanzarote.
A quiet beach area is literally on your doorstep less than 20m away and can be accessed via a gate in the wall at the bottom of the garden.
Each Villa has a private fresh-water swimming pool (3,5mx6m; depth 1,2m-1,8m), optionally heated in winter (additional charge applies).

There is a Laundry service with cleaning and change of towels every 4 days, bed linen every 8 days.
The three bedroom Villas can accommodate up to 5 persons; a folding bed can be provided for a 6th person which is suitable for a child aged 2-12.
The main bedroom has an en-suite marble and tiled bathroom with bath and over-bath shower, the bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps. The bedroom has louvre and upvc patio doors leading out to the balcony with seating and great views.
The villas have two further bedrooms, with two single beds in one room and and one single bed in the other.
There is a 2nd fitted bathroom on the upper floor and a guest toilet right at the entrance of the villa.
The villa has a full alarm system.

HOW TO GET TO VILLAS LARA:
By Bus: Take the number 1 Tiadhe bus to Puerto del Rosario.
From Puerto del Rosario, take bus number 6 to Corralejo, bus stop Verde Mar.
By Car from Fuerteventura Airport (about 45 minutes):
- Leaving the airport parking area, follow the signs for the FV-2 at the roundabout at the airport exit.
- Take the 1st exit (right turn) off the roundabout and follow the signs for FV´02 and filter onto the motorway. - After a short distance, exit the motorway to the right, following the signs for Antigua, La Oliva & Corralejo.
- After a further short drive you will see the signs to Antigua & La Oliva - follow them.
- You are now on the ring road which circles inland to bypass Puerto del Rosario.
- Carry straight on, following signs for La Oliva.
- After a few minutes there is a signpost for Puerto del Rosario and La Oliva to the right, and to Corralejo straight on - carry straight on and you will come to a roundabout with a petrol station.
- Following the sign for Corralejo, go straight on at this roundabout and you have joined the FV- 1 which will take you all the way to Corralejo.
- You will pass signs welcoming you to the - county- of La Oliva, and you should carry straight over at the Parque Holandes roundabout.
- Shortly after this you will pass La Montaña Roja on your left and come into the Las Dunas nature reserve.
- As you approach Corralejo, turn right at the first roundabout, onto Avenida Fuerteventura.
- After a short distance take the third right, into Calle Clavellina to Avenida Grandes Playas, followed immediately by a left turn into Calle Viejo. Villas Lara are on the right-hand side at the bottom of the road.

Should you ever wish to tear yourself away from the spectacular views from the villas and visit the islands of Lobos or Lanzarote a ferry can be caught from the harbour at Corralejo to the main town of Playa Blanca in Lanzarote, if you fancy spending a day out there?
The main town centre of Corralejo is only 800 metres away or a 2 minute walk.
Just a 15 minute walk away are the famous sand dunes of "Grandes Playas Dunas de Corralejo" where one can go and envisage what it would be like to be in the Sahara Desert.

About: Corralejo
Corralejo is roughly 2 miles (3.2km) sqaure and based around the old harbour where local fishermen can be seen fishing from the harbour wall.
Pleasure cruises and a ferry service run from the marina at Corralejo to the small island of Lobos and to Playa Blanca in the south of the island of Lanzarote.
Corralejo is as popular with the Spanish as it is with the British and the harbour area is a hive of activity. The promenade is lined with some great shops, restaurants and cafes while the rest of the town is crammed with craft stalls and specialist shops.
Corralejo has mile upon mile of beautiful sandy beach and hugh sand dunes and on most days the small island of Lobos and the island of Lanzarote can be seen from the beaches of Corralejo. Fuerteventura is pretty relaxed on naturism and a popular beach with naturists is the beach at Playa de Pozo. Nauturist usually stay away from the main resorts so not to offend others.
It takes approximately 40 minutes from Fuerteventura airport to Corralejo. The number 3 bus runs from the airport into the capital Puerto del Rosario, where a change to the number 6 bus will take you on to Corralejo.
Corralejo is is ideally located for popular wind/water sports activities - Surfing, Windsurfing and Kite Boarding and also has a water park nearby called Baku. Other activities include hiking, mountain biking, trike tours, Buggy Tours and excursions as well as quad bike tours.
