About the property:
Our bungalow is situated on a corner plot and can sleep up to six people and is Located in Corralejo Town close to ‘Baku’ water park.
It is a 1km walk to the start of parque Natural beaches and town centre shops and bars. The property has two bedrooms one which can sleep 3 and a 3 seat sofa bed in the living room. The bungalow has a spectacular 60 metre squared roof solarium with views over to Lanzarote and the mountains.
At ground level there is a secluded 40 metre squared tiled patio with BBQ to rear which has a retractable awning for shade cover. There is a communal pool and infant pool with reclining sun loungers and an outside eating table with 6 chairs and a parasol. Off road private parking is also available.
Outdoor living & space:
Roof Terrace Solarium - Top floor of bungalow is South facing, secluded, and safe for children. Access to this is from a staircase at the rear of the bungalow. There are 6 reclining sun loungers to take in the views of the nearby island of Lanzarote and the surrounding mountain region.
The rear Patio area is accessed from the double patio doors of the living room. Patio area can be shaded from the sun with the 4 metre wide retractable awning canopy if desired. The patio area is also secluded and features: a table with 4 comfortable chairs, a parasol and BBQ unit.

The property is located on the Las Americas development close to the Baku Complex (water park etc) in the protected sands area of the Parque Natural region. You are pretty close to the dunes and Flag beach. unlike many property's on the Holiday-Rentals website, it is actually in the town of Corralejo. Also close to the Osasis Tamarindo Hotel complex and only 300 yards from a local taxi rank, shops, supermarkets and cafe bars.
The location of the bungalow is ideal for exploring the island of Fuerteventura, the town of Corralejo, beaches and other tourist attractions.

Travel and Distances:
Fuerteventura's main airport at Puerto del Rosario is a 30 minute drive away by car. Airport transfers can be arranged for you at only 50 euros return for 4 people. If there are six people, please call me.
Car hire isn't necessary as you are within easy walking distance of all amenities. Should you require a rental car it is fairly cheap and is well worth exploring the island if you do. There are so many spectacular places to see on the island of Fuerteventura. Only a short drive away is the Chipmunks, the mountains, the harbour and the zoo.
The property is actually in the town of Corralejo! Only a short walk to the old town and harbour area and the start of the beautiful Olivia beach - miles of beautiful golden sand.
There is a large local supermarket onle 300 metres away. A bus stop which will take you out and about . A taxi rank, bars, cafes and shops.
Baku water park and market area with ten pin bowling, restaurants is very close by with local bars,

Golf is a 35 minute drive away to the Fuertaventura Golf Club at Calete de Fuste which, hosted the 2004 Spanish Open on the PGA European Tour.

About: Corralejo
Corralejo is roughly 2 miles (3.2km) sqaure and based around the old harbour where local fishermen can be seen fishing from the harbour wall.
Pleasure cruises and a ferry service run from the marina at Corralejo to the small island of Lobos and to Playa Blanca in the south of the island of Lanzarote.
Corralejo is as popular with the Spanish as it is with the British and the harbour area is a hive of activity. The promenade is lined with some great shops, restaurants and cafes while the rest of the town is crammed with craft stalls and specialist shops.
Corralejo has mile upon mile of beautiful sandy beach and hugh sand dunes and on most days the small island of Lobos and the island of Lanzarote can be seen from the beaches of Corralejo. Fuerteventura is pretty relaxed on naturism and a popular beach with naturists is the beach at Playa de Pozo. Nauturist usually stay away from the main resorts so not to offend others.
It takes approximately 40 minutes from Fuerteventura airport to Corralejo. The number 3 bus runs from the airport into the capital Puerto del Rosario, where a change to the number 6 bus will take you on to Corralejo.
Corralejo is is ideally located for popular wind/water sports activities - Surfing, Windsurfing and Kite Boarding and also has a water park nearby called Baku. Other activities include hiking, mountain biking, trike tours, Buggy Tours and excursions as well as quad bike tours.
