To reserve an apartment a deposit of 20 % of the total price is required.
Once the deposit has been received your reservation is considered confirmed.
If you cancel your reservation within 6 weeks of your arrival, the deposit wil be withheld.
Deposit in Euros via transfer to an Austrian or Spanish account.
Remaining amount is payable in cash, in Euros, on arrival, on receipt of keys.

TRANSFER from the AIRPORT to ESQUINZO 70 km.
A2B transfer.com run an inespensive transfer service, about 40 Euros return/person.
The 10 bus goes from the airport to Morro Jable, not very frequently. In Jandia you can change to a local bus to Esquinzo, costs total ca. 10 Euros/person.
A taxi from Jandia to Esquinzo costs ca. 8 Euros.
A taxi from the airport to Esquinzo costs ca. 90 Euros.
You can also hire a car at the airport.
Please note:
Guests should ensure they have sufficient travel insurance before arrival, as we , the owners, do not accept liability for accident, injury, loss or damage during your stay at the apartment, or while using the swimming pool or sun terrace.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Please use Calgon in the washing machine.
The apartments have security entrance doors. Please ensure that you close the two balcony doors securely.
Prices include water and electricity.
Compensation will be required for damage to the apartment or any contents.
A car is not necessary, but parking space is available.
Arrival and departure is possible any day of the week.

About the property:
The apartments, with sea views, are situated on the top and ground floors of a residential complex, built in 2001, in the small village of Esquinzo in the south of Fuerteventura, a spectacular location only 3 minutes walk to the blue flag beach.
There is a 20 m. swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun beds in the grounds.
Esquinzo is a quiet village above the ca. 21 km. golden beach, between Costa Calma and Morro Jable. There is a small supermarket, 3 restaurants, 3 beach bars, a cafe-bar, a chemist shop, a cash machine, and a tourist shop.
Every 30 minutes a bus goes to the town of Morro Jable. You can also walk to Morro Jable, 8 km. by the beach.
Esquinzo strand has fine golden sand, perfect for swimming.
Apartments suitable for beach, golf, hiking and sport holidays, relaxing and romantic holidays.
DIRECTIONS
Drive southwards on the motorway FV-2 in the direction of Morro Jable. After passing Costa Calma take the exit 79 Butihondo. Drive towards Esquinzo, following the signs for Farmacia, the chemist shop.
Christine will meet you at the Farmacia and bring you to your nearby apartment, only a minute away.
The apartment 33/2A: 2 bedrooms, is in the front block, along from the Farmacia.
The apartment 31 BAJO B: 1 bedroom, fronts onto the swimming pool.
